BAL-SAGOTH To Embark On UK Tour With RETURN TO THE SABBAT

September 5, 2002

BAL-SAGOTH are tentatively scheduled to team up with fellow Brits RETURN TO THE SABBAT (featuring ex-SKYCLAD singer Martin Walkyier) for several UK shows in November. Exact dates and venues will be announced in the coming weeks.

In other news, work on the sixth BAL-SAGOTH album is reportedly progressing well, with the cover artwork (by the renowned Games Workshop fantasy artist Martin Hanford) nearing completion and plans in place to begin recording before the end of the year.

As previously reported, the follow-up to 2001's Atlantis Ascendant will reportedly be "far darker and more intense than anything that has come before, harkening back in many ways to the barbaric early days of the band's work," according to an official press release.
